Nos études

Etude AF ESUS

L’objectif principal de l’étude AF-ESUS est de comparer la prévalence de la fibrillation atriale occulte détectée par moniteur ECG implantable au décours d’un infarctus cérébral répondant aux critères d’ESUS selon Hart, sans source cardiaque d’embolie (SCE) majeure en échographie transoesophagienne et sans fibrillation atriale sur un Holter ECG 72h mis à l’admission, entre deux sous-groupes: un premier sous-groupe de patients avec SCE indirecte ou potentielle en ETO et un second sous-groupe dit d’ « ESUS vrais », sans SCE en ETO.
